Great service helping us get chemicals and cover for our hot tub. Quick and friendly return of an item that we purchased that did not fit. Will definitely work with them in the future for our hot tub needs.

Paul spent almost half an hour on the phone with us helping us to troubleshoot the issue we were having with the pool pump. He helped us to rule out certain issues and gave us the confidence to tackle the issue with the pump ourselves on a holiday weekend. Very knowledgeable! Went to another spa dealer in suamico and sold me things I didn't need nor should have used in my spa. Followed the advice from the owner and now my spa is running like it should and water levels are right where they are suppose to be. Made it very easy to follow the chemical guide. Would highly recommend!
