We had a Pool Cleaner that had the connector hose break rendering it inoperable. I called Leslie's with a couple of questions, was told by Christopher that they had a universal part in store and within an hour and for under $20 was in, out and had my cleaner up and running again. Great customer service and product availability. I was thrilled with my overall experience there.

Blaine does an awesome job, he takes the time to explain what is going on with your pool and what to do to the pool. Blaine helped us with our phosates being out of whack and we got the phosates ppm down to the correct range.

The service guy was great, I just couldn't believe that it cost me $179 to come out and reset a breaker, but it's better than having to buy a whole new light. The service was good, the price was not. I'm still happy with the outcome.

Looks like a busy store, employees seem helpful but management is not keeping them supplied with chemicals to do their job.

Lexi was super helpful in helping us research and find the exact pool filter replacement for a 20 year old system that exploded. She helped us by researching specs and locations to find the one we needed as ours was no longer in production. She is super knowledgeable and very friendly. It's so nice to have had her help and especially for all the time and effort she put into it.
