What a great experience! I purchased a Raypak 266K BTU heater and had it installed in August. What a great job. I heat my 11,000 gallon pool 10 degrees in 5 hours... ready to swim by 11 or noon. Thanks Kevin and Spencer.. you guys nailed it! Ps; they sent a great tech to install it.

Great service, professional, and accurate pool advice from Kevin. Kevin is one of the best pool service advisers I have worked with at Leslie’s. He takes the time to educate consumers.

I was in the store the other day, and had no idea what to get . a VERY kind employee named Zach helped with find everything i need, and even recommended even better things than what i originally came for. i was truly in awe the entire time as i’ve never experienced that type of customer service before. I enjoy getting my water tests done here, especially knowing this young man is working.

I took my pool vacuum to Leslie’s this morning as it had stopped working overnight. Cody, the young man on duty, was able to take it apart and fix the problem free of charge. This was the second time Cody had assisted me in getting our pool up and running and in both instances he has displayed a helpful, professional, knowledgeable demeanor. Really nice to have a pool supply store up here. However, when we questioned our pool water test results, because our own test at home differed significantly in the opposite direction, we got a very poor response when asking for it to be tested again. Also, we got differing recommendations from two different staff members. I may go here again, but I know one sales rep I will not work with. I'll drive 10 miles down the hill for better service.

Not impressed, we had the same person wait on us twice. Joshua, seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. Not very engaging or friendly. I went in one day, my wife a couple days later, same vibe both times. I have an issue with any place that hands you a print out, and tells you that you need X dollars worth of pool product without explanation, actually teaching you how to maintain your pool. Felt like it was..."here, buy this pile of chemicals, put in the pool and come back next week for your next batch of chemicals".
