Normally Leslie pools is helpful and convenient but today I learned that they can not test Pentair style chlorinators. So maybe another pool supplier gained a customer today.

Staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. I had some major issues with my pool last year & they helped guide me to balance my pool. The free water testing is a major plus when coming here. My go to pool store!

Felt like they were just pushing their expensive chemicals on me. The test is quick and precise since it's done with a computer program. I took my water in to be tested and listened to the recommendations issued from the computer program. I purchased $100 worth of chemicals and followed the step by step instructions on my print out. After finishing the instructions I took my water in for another test and my results were worse off from the first time. I have a salt water pool, which was added to my profile, and the computer still suggested to add NoPhos to get rid of the phosphates. This was entirely wrong and we're still seeing flakes in the pool up to now. The company is too big box for me and puts my family well being in jeopardy since NoPhos has harmful chemicals whilst phosphates are harmless as long as we keep the pool sanitized. Also could damage my salt water system. Buyer beware.

The crew is always a great help & they provide friendly tips that really helps me take good care of my pool.

Their general manager Christopher C was rude. Made us wait 10 minutes to check the pool chemicals (was behind the computer) then complained my 3 year old can’t run in the store. Maybe don’t make us wait 10 minutes and made multiple mean comments "unbelievable." His attitude was unbelievable. This person shouldn’t work there. Zero customer service.
