Driver almost hits me and almost ran me off the road! Worst part is that there was also a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk that could have easily gotten hit, if something bad did happen. There is also another review that something similar happened to someone else a couple weeks back. If someone with some common sense in this company doesn’t the change the DRIVER then they will have some serious trouble in the future that could be fatal. Box was torn open. I called and sent pics in case items missing since won’t be using until spring. They were receptive to making note of concern.

We had them for a year. Once they have you sign the contract and have your credit card, they were free to charge whatever they wanted. Extra chemicals and extra time was going pretty nuts. Technician was careless. He always threw the strips next to the pool after each visit. He left the water hose on a couple of times and forgot to shut it off filling the pool and the pool almost flooded over. The charges for extra time and chemicals were getting out of hand but there was not much we could limit, it was far above the contract price. To top it off, they said we have to change this and that at the end of the season. I was making fun of the whole situation as many of the rip off companies shoot for 10K and that's the pattern we've always seen. Yup, it was about $10K by the end of the season. Shop around for a service where everything is included. We had Millenium it was great but they stopped servicing our area.

They need to hire drivers who hold a bit more skills than the average Maryland driver. Let's maybe not disrupt the flow of traffic and then jam on the brakes to make a turn without indicating.

Had this horrible company renovate my pool 6 years ago at a cost of almost 20k! The tile started coming off year one and have continued as they did not repair the Bond Beam as I has discussed with salesman Chris Lara . Now at year 5 -6 , I need a complete renovation again . Renovations should last 15 plus years ! Trust me do not hire this company for any remodeling or let Chris Lara on your property!!
