I stopped by on February 26th around 10am and had a really good experience. The woman working at the counter was extremely helpful and very informative. She clearly knew what she was talking about and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. It’s refreshing to talk to someone who actually knows their stuff. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there wasn’t a Spanish translator available, which would make things easier for some customers. I personally didn’t have a problem, but my dad did, so I had to go with him to help translate.

Not much help with above ground pools.. no supplies, customer service is good Liam very helpful didn't have inventory.

Shady and deceptive dealing. Bought the Leslie’s brand chlorine tablets they swore were much better than the Clorox brand. The Leslie’s brand DO NOT release any chlorine. My chlorine level went down by using their Leslie’s more expensive brand. Rather than exchanging a 35 lb bucket, they offered to sell me other products the swore would do the trick. (Where have I heard that before?) Additionally, they said I absolutely have to shock weekly, because the heat evaporates the chlorine but isn’t that the point of the CHLORINE TABLETS? I have never had this issue in the years I’ve cleaned my pool. When I briefly worked as a pool cleaner, there was absolutely no need to shock every pool every week. They wouldn’t return or exchange their product (only 3 useless tabs used) and suggested I post it for sale online. But I don’t blame the associate only doing his job as trained. Also didn’t see a NO REFUND policy.

Victor is the absolute best employee at this store. I hope he is the manager, and if not he is in need of an immediate promotion. I have never experienced customer service as impeccable as Victors!! He went out of his way to research an item for me and even called around other stores just to be sure. I will continue to shop at this location as long as Victor works here.

Customer service was very helpful, she gave me advice on how to drain my pool and was very knowledgeable, I had a great experience 👍
