The Pool Depot

Matt, from "The Pool Depot" team (Weatherford) is a great guy, who after I met him on his first visit proved to be the Pool Professional I had hoped for. It’s been two decades since having a home with a pool and, while I recall learning about and performing all the maintenance myself back then, what I really appreciate now is having the trust-relationship with Matt and the excellent team from THE POOL DEPOT to take care of everything so my family can just enjoy the pool all season long! Matt was quick with checking chemicals, checking the filters and pump status, brushing the pool walls and steps, scooping up surface leaves, cleaning the skimmers, verifying the sweeper, and more. (Watching him work so efficiently reminded me of all the tasks I used to do but which took me 5X as long to complete.) Thanks Matt and The Pool Depot!! 8/8/23 - UPDATE Greg has been maintaining our pool for many weeks and the pool has never looked better! Great job!! Yesterday, I met another member of the Pool Depot team, Noble, and he was filling in for Greg, who’s wife was having a baby - Congratulations! Noble answered several questions I had and was very helpful in addition to doing a great job cleaning the pool !! I highly recommend the Pool Depot team!!

Been going to Leslie's forever but I am officially done. Pool depot prices seemed competitive if not better than Leslies. Matt the owner of the store who waited on me was top notch, extremely helpful and nice as can be (unlike the condescending leslies). Matt helped me fix my polaris 280 (Leslies said I needed to buy a $700 replacement) and my 10 year old robot is running like new. Bye bye leslies, hello pool depot.

It is nice to know that we have options. The Pool Depot gave me those. They came fast. They fixed it and fair with no call backs. A much better experience than with the big pool companies. Using them saved me over $1,000.00. Just wow.

Excellent customer service. All of the staff at The Pool Depot have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond in helping us with the the start up of a brand new pool. This is our first pool and the staff have been so patient with our many questions. They have given us so much good information and taken the time to teach us about our equipment. We won't go anywhere else to have our water tested and purchase supplies/equipment. Our family highly recommends the Pool Depot .

The Pool Depot team provides excellent customer service. For any issue they work hard to get all your needs met - even an equipment warranty that is not even under their scope- they helped me get scheduled with the right repair company. They are timely and courteous. Can’t say enough good things.

Eric was a true professional! Spent 20+ minutes explaining the current service on the pool in my new home, and introduced me to who my pool tech would be. I called today with a concern and was given fantastic service by another agent (I apologize, I forgot his name). This company is for real though, and I am excited to continue our relationship moving forward.

We purchased a home and the pool ended up being a bit of a mess, but the pool depot came out immediately and helped fix everything up! They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I don’t know what we would have done without their help! Now they are servicing our pool weekly and do a great job.
