Compre esta pieza y me llego rota , los llamé y no me respondían y puse una reseña y me llamaron , donde me dijeron que quitara mi reseña y ellos me reembolsará mi dinero, quite mi reseña y ellos después no contestaban el teléfono nuevamente , tuve que hacer otra reseña y me llamaron 😡😡 envié el artículo para la tienda y llevo 20 días esperando mi reembolso, tengan cuidado ellos se vuelven una pesadilla , ahora estoy haciendo una nueva reseña 😡😡

Muy mala experiencia, esta tienda te venden piezas rotas y después no quieren rembolsar tu dinero , te dicen que mandes la pieza para su almacén y cuando la mandas para resivir tu reembolso te ofenden por teléfono y dicen malas palabras, me hicieron poner una reseña de 5 estrellas para poder obtener mi reembolso y cuando lo hice me ofenden por teléfono y no quieren reembolsarme mi dinero , al final me estafaron porque me quede sin la.pieza y sin dinero , todos los días estaré poniendo este comentario para prevenir a las personas no les pase lo mismo que a mi .

I was desperately needing a new light for my pool but had procrastinated because I didn't know what type to replace it with. I spoke with Jeffrey and he helped me decide. Product was shipped and received in 2 days.... the light was installed locally and is perfect! Can't say enough good things about the level of knowledg or customer service attention to detail. I think a cordless vacuum will be next 🙂

Absolutely love this Dolphin pool Cleaner from The Pool supply Warehouse. Works great and the customer service is even great. That’s rare in today’s world. This is my go to guy even given the fact I’m in California.

I ordered 3 Pentair Magicbowel Water Effects at a price of $4800, once we got them installed one of the LED Light Engines was not working. I have called Ken at least once a month since May (7 months ago), asking them to order one, hes always going to call me back. I am OK paying for it, I havenever asked for anything free. He has been going to talk to the Un-named boss for the last few months and never does call back. Also Ken or Kenny has been going to call Pentair for months. Buyer beware, no assistance after the sale. Currently setting on the Phone to see if I can get help from Pentiar.

Ordered Stenner pump tubes using the part no. (MCCP202) that Stenner (manufacturer) provided to me. The part no. is specifically for a 5 pack of tubes. When the order arrived (timely), there was only 1 tube in the package. I called and spoke with Ken and when I said I needed to return an order, he immediately said that orders are final sale per the website. That is not completely true since the site says they accept returns for damaged goods and incorrect products shipped (which is basically the case here). I was able to get Ken to say he would look into this and sent him an email (as he requested) with the information including forwarding to him the email from the Stenner rep who provided me with the part number and description including that it is a 5 pack. Since I have not heard back from Ken, I guess they don’t honor their return policy including the first line of the policy which is "Your satisfaction is our priority." Update: Within a few minutes of posting this review, Ken called me to say that "the manufacturer is correct" (of course they are correct, the manufacturer created the part number) and that he would be issuing me a refund. Hopefully that happens! For now, I have updated my review from 1 star to 2.
