The employees that work the counter here are awful. Every single time I walk in, they're staring at their phones. They completely ignore you unless you're one of the regulars they recognize. When I ask basic questions about something, they give short answers and behave like it's a chore for them to actually do their job. I've asked around about this, and everyone says this has been the case here for years. You guys sit in an air conditioned building in front of a computer all day, your job is easy. If you are so miserable and hate your job, quit.

Why do people work in customer service when they clearly hate helping customers? Immediately when walking in, there are zero customers in the store yet no one likes to aknowledge or even pay attention. They’re totally chillin behind the counter talking to each other and you almost feel like you’re bothering them. When asking questions, the girl there acts as if she’s superior in some way and rolls her eyes when you ask something simple. People like this take their job for granted when there are others who would easily be a better fit for the position. What a shame for whoever owns the company because I can see why anyone else would rather send business elsewhere.

Awesome place. Tera and Tyler run a great shop. All of the counter personal are polite and they Hussle to get the pros in and out quickly. The delivery drivers are great Bart is always willing to help with clearing the pallets so he can take them back for me.

I've always gotten good service. Their warranty policy has always taking care of me. Their counter people have always been knowledgeable, and helpful.

Every visit to this location is a frustrating experience. Walk in, 3 people working the counter, but only one of them is actually helping customers. None of them will even look up from the counter or acknowledge you. The guy in the Dodgers hat often yaps endlessly, ignoring the growing line. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes just to be helped. In the yard, the wait continues.. another 10-20 minutes for your order to be pulled, longer if they’re loading the delivery truck. If you get stuck with the big guy, that's easily another 10 minutes.. if he moved any slower he'd be moving backwards. The younger kid with the glasses is alright, he actually hustles and seems to have a clue about what he's doing. Your stuff will eventually get brought out to you, but items on the invoice are either wrong or missing, and at least one of your chlorine cases will be leaking. Forget about salt or DE, unless you like busted bags, wasted product, and rinsing your truck out at the end of the day. The back lot is a hazard, littered with trash and broken pallets. I picked up a nail in the tire of my brand new F250 the last time I went to turn around back there, I could hear the tire (less than 2200 miles) hissing air as I pulled out of the lot. My team refuses to visit this location anymore, and I don't blame them. They would rather drive to El Cajon, Vista, or Murrieta. In nearly 30 years in this industry, across San Diego, Orange, IE, and LA County, this is the worst distributor I’ve encountered. The management and employees change like the seasons, and the only constant is abysmal service. The only reason this place is still in business is because it's the only option in town. If you're a competitor, please open a location in this area and put this place out of it's misery once and for all.
