I wanted to shout out "Little" Nate for doing a great job with our pool lately. We’ve used East Mountain to service our pool for 2 years and they have been consistent, reliable, prices have been competitive, and service has been thorough. Thanks Nate and East Mountain!

I don’t leave reviews often and never have good luck using service companies but I had to leave a review for these guys. They fixed leaks I had on my pool plumbing last summer within hours. The tech did a Super clean job with clear glue and fittings I wouldn’t have thought to use. Recently I had an issue with my zodiac pool cleaner. They brought it to their shop and figured out the problem quickly and charged me $25 labor plus the $45 part even helped me warranty out the more expensive part through the manufacturer. Outstanding company with great customer service and pricing. I’m switching my weekly pool service to these guys no questions asked. Thank you for everything so far!

Didn’t use their pool cleaning service, so not rating them on this. Giving them a one star review because one of their employees driving their company truck this morning almost hit my wife and I as we were using a crosswalk. We were already in the cross walk while their employee was about 500 feet away. We stopped as she was clearly speeding in a residential area and afraid she wasn’t paying attention. She barely stopped and even said mean words towards my wife. EMP&S, your staff member was driving your company truck around 11:00am in the Golden Hill area and had orange/pink hair. I’m sure that’s enough for you to it figure out. I would let her know that while driving dangerously like that and saying rude things towards people, she’s a representative of your company that does not reflect well.

Our favorite pool store! Employees are always knowledgeable and quick. Easy to switch a crate of chlorine or acid for full ones.

We've been using them for our pool needs including maintenance and repairs for over 3 years. Mike, who is taking care of our pool in a weekly basis is awesome! He's very communicative and always on top of things.

We have been using East Mountain Pool to clean our filter for close to two years now, and both Ivan and Nate do a great job. This past month, we experienced an algae bloom that I couldn’t seem to resolve despite scrubbing and adding chlorine. I called and spoke to Heather, who was fantastic. She asked me to bring some pictures and a water sample. After analyzing the sample, the guys confirmed that my chemical levels were good but recommended a few additional treatments to eliminate the algae. I followed their directions, and I am happy to report that my pool is now clean and sparkling. I highly recommend the team at East Mountain Pool. Ask for Heather, and she will take great care of you!
