I inherited a hot tub with a house. I knew nothing about them. A friend recommended this place so we called them. Cole came out and did an awesome job on cleaning and restart. He made sure I understood the basics of the upkeep. I highly recommend Atlantis spa

What a great outfit! After a forced hiatus from my hot tub, everything in it went sideways. It needed some repair work and DESPERATELY needed to be cleaned. Got the repair work done, but when I tried to tackle the cleaning project, it was just too overwhelming. Luckily, I visited the Atlantis Pool and Spa website and discovered that they offered a 'Drain and Clean' service. Holy smokes! Some of the best money I've ever spent. Cole did an amazing job and now I'm back to enjoying my morning soak. Thanks so much, AP&S! You've earned a committed customer.

This is not going to be your normal review. I did not buy a product or service. I did spend some quality time speaking with Brandon from their customer service. We spoke for nearly an hour. I have a spa that is 10 years old, build into a deck and is leaking. We discussed removal of deck for repairs, new spas and how to better install them for service. At the end of the conversation I decided to remove the spa myself and complete the deck in that spot. It was the time Brandon took and his knowledge that left me feeling like he understood where I was at. When the time comes to install a new spa Atlantis will be a the top of my list based on the high quality of customer service I have already received.

Steve and Don are amazing. Had a friend recommend this place and I’m glad they did. Called Don about an issue with my hot tub at my house and Steve came out and fixed everything super fast. Fantastic customer service and very quick quality service. I highly recommend Atlantis Pool & Spa.

Looking for bromine put me here and I was happy to get it on the close out sale! I was surprised to hear about the shortage and therefore the costs have increased dramatically, but not here. Sales person was very knowledgeable and nice.
