Great place for replacement filters and other parts. Fast delivery, great customer service. Customer from now on for my pool. They gave me better service from California than the Florida stores where I am from.

I bought an aftermarket circuit board for my Hayward Aquarite 900. After hours and calls to Hayward they told me it is not compatable. I am not able to return this product. I just threw 180$ in the trash can. If you have Hayward parts. Buy Hayward parts. Completely disappointed in this company to try to sell something they know doesn't work and then keeps your 180$ for your troubles. BEWARE!!!!!

Place is a rip off and shady scammers. I ordered a set of Pentair Clean and Clear 320 cartridge filters and they charged me $122 for shipping from California to Oregon. This amount was not disclosed in the check out page. Only the fake price of $135 dollars for the filters. If they can't advertise a real price they shouldn't be trying to rip people off on shipping to make up the difference. In real life this wouldn't have cost more than $35 to ship.

These guys rock. Bought Optima T15 cell from them last year. This year my salt generator went out. Described my problem to them, they told me I need a new pcb. Shipped free 2day from CA to KY. put it in, back in business. Best pool supply store ever. Beats my local pool rip-off racket hands down! Keep up the great work! A+++++++

This company was excellent to work with. They were very responsive to my concerns, turned around the Salt Generator cell repair quickly, and even honored the warranty even though the SWG was slightly beyond the 1 year manufacturers warranty. I will definitely buy more from them for my pool equipment needs in the future.

I ordered a flow switch OPT-520736 from Pool Guy Supply. I received the switch on Tuesday 6/10/2025. I installed the switch on 6/11/2025. I made sure that I wrapped the threads in the teflon tape supplied in the switch. During the installation process I made sure that I did not over tighten the part. Once the installation was completed part worked fine but after about an hour I notice that a small drop of water was leaking from the top of the switch. I called the office in Corona and told the young lady who answered the phone what problem I was having. She said she had to ask someone what to do. Once she came back on the phone said that she was told there maybe some threads in the piping that were bad and I may need to replace the fitting. I told the young lady that was not the case, the old one i took out was not leaking. I found that I was pretty much dismissed. I have 38 years in the propane business so I know how to do service work. The answers I was given was totally unacceptable. This kind of service does not make your company look good. I will not order anything from Pool Guy Supply. Same to lose a customer over $15.00.

Doesn't last - Spend the money on a Hayward Hello, First, the customer service from the Pool Guy Supply has been excellent. However, when my salt cell (Hayward 40k) went out, I didn't want to spend $900 on a new one, so I bought one off this site, and it lasted about 21 months. For $400, I expect it to last at least two swim seasons. I keep my water balanced and put a dummy cell in during the winter. While you might save money initially, it's not worth buying one from here, where the warranty is only one year; you are better off buying a factory cell for your system and getting the three-year warranty. I called Pool Guy Supply today to discuss the poor quality of the product. I asked if they'd replace it or give me a discount on a new one, but they said no.
