Joe, at this Leslie's went over and beyond, took effort on his own to navigate more parts, and research warranties and did so much more than I had expected. We have our pool vac robot back and it's better than ever before! I see why I chose Leslie's!

I stopped in to learn more about pool pumps, filters, salt generators, and heaters for an upcoming project, and I’m really glad I did. I met with Joseph, and he is an absolute wealth of knowledge. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made excellent recommendations, and helped me understand the best options for my setup. I left with far more information than I expected—and a solid quote to get the job done. If you’re planning any kind of pool project, do yourself a favor and ask for Joseph.

Popped in here to get some non-stabilizing chlorine tablets. They do not have those but the guy was super nice and their prices seem kind of good considering chlorine prices are through the roof right now.

After going to the battlefield location and having the misfortune of Wendy "helping" and telling us to drain our hot tub, you helped us by telling us how to actually balance out the water chemistry, without having to drain a freshly re-filled hot tub. Great customer service. We actually learned quite a bit about our pool from the employers. We brought in a sample of our water and gave them measurements of our pool. The employers suggest different products for your particular pool. They even print out what you need to do with each products along with other suggestions. It's out first pool so having as much information as possible was great.

OUTSTANDING service and the store manager (Joe) knows his stuff. This guy is a definitely a pool expert. If you have any questions about anything as it relates to your pool and/or system, just ask Joe. He knows what he's talking about. Best service and awesome people. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!
