Always very helpful and they have some great products and the fact they keep it just for pool pros like asap pools and only pool cos can get stuff certain /most things the public has to go through dealers/vendors and that speaks volumes among how fast knowledgeable and kind they were there's none that compare !!!!!

Well, it seems the "get the hole in the ground, and then abandon them" isn't dead. We contracted with them back in March, we gave them a deposit, and they did the initial demo for a pool refurbishment. Now, for 5 weeks, we cannot get anyone to call us back, and they basically have disappeared (gone out of business???). We completely refurbished the new home we purchased here, inside and out, and this is the first totally unethical company we have had to deal with. We figured we might run into this, and now we have !!!
