My four-wheel pool vacuum, which was originally sold by Leslie’s, only needed four replacement drive shafts—not the bearings. Before calling this location, I had already identified the exact part numbers for the drive shafts only. When I called, I provided those specific part numbers, knowing the representative might try to upsell me on the individual repair kits that include both a drive shaft and bearings. Instead of looking up the part numbers I gave her, she immediately quoted me $56 for each individual kit. She made no effort to verify whether the drive shafts were available separately, even though that’s exactly what I had requested. The pool vacuum manufacturer is selling the kit that includes all four drive shafts and bearings for $39. Trust is most important aspect in sales. You lost mine over $39.

Lots of pool supplies, free water testing. They Carry much of the equipment needed for pool maintenance and care. They also sell pool pumps and equipment. They have a service division that will install and repair equipment. They have pool chemicals and all the brushes and nets for cleaning.

I forget why I don’t come to this store location, but then when I show up at 8:30 and it is NOT open, even though the hours say 8-6 on Saturdays. Very frustrating!

Excellent service. The technician tested our pool water and gave us helpful feedback on what we needed to do for our pool treatment.

I posted a review about a week ago, but somehow it didn’t post, and so I am here yet once again, but I must say it’s worth it. Nowadays, it does seem like good help is hard to find and the ethics and values are dwindling away in the businesses/stores nowadays. However, one of the hardest working people I know works at Leslie’s and her name is Melissa! Melissa really knows her stuff, and she doesn’t just try to sell you anything but shows you exactly what you need then give you options in addition to what would be most essential. Aside from product knowledge tho- is her personality! She’s like the family member that everyone loves. She’s such a great employee that just driving by Leslie’s makes you want to pull in just to experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…. That’s when you know a person is good at what they do !!! I don’t say this often, but I hope she gets a raise and promotion! She deserves it

I just wanted to say that Bruce & Melissa are the best whenever I have an issue Bruce has always went the extra mile to make sure the problem got resolved.

Getting straight to the point. To quote from the movie Apollo 13 "Don't make it worse by guessing". The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was fortunate enough to work with Bruce the store manager. He took the time on a busy Friday to simply explain to me what the next steps were to get out hot tub in balance. Good job BRUCE!!!
