Installation was several months after the promised date but to be fair I called quite late in the spring to start the whole process and weather was not cooperative… Randy was very knowledgeable with planning for the pool and the crew did a wonderful job with installing the pool and answered all questions I had during installation and also after the fact.

I just wanted to share a little information about Pool Spa Warehouse Cedar Rapids. They are top notch . Randy is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Kenny is a great technician all the guys there do a great job and I would highly recommend anybody coming here to get a spa before you spend thousands elsewhere check them out they are top-notch quality spas.

Sold a used hot tub cover to us. The young boy selling it to us didn’t want to take the time to open up the cover as requested. Then we get home and it has a tear and is clearly dirty. I have been calling with no answer and it’s an hour until close. This is unacceptable. Pictures shown of the cover in the car in plastic. Photo of tear when opened. I understand maybe the company didn’t know but this could have completely been avoided if the staff would have opened it as requested to start.

Great staff very helpful. Pricing is very competitive to online prices. Lots of chemicals available as well as several parts for anything maintenance needed for pool equipment. Staff always will help get my chemicals loaded in my vehicle. Highly recommend over local competition. No longer buy online after stopping at Pool & Spa Warehouse

Had a spa gifted to me from a relative and needed some trouble shooting and a gasket. They were very helpful and informative for the troubleshooting. Will get my supplies from these guys for sure.

I have been dealing with Randy and Pool and Spa warehouse for 22 years. Every body there has been very helpful in answering my questions. They know their products and understand the water chemistry. I would deal with no one else!

I wish I could post zero stars. Poor communication skills and terrible customer service, especially with the manager, Randy! This whole experience turned unpleasant after our deposit was paid. The manager and/or office staff do not communicate with customers about installation delays, back orders of equipment, etc. The schedule expectations they set with us upon paying a deposit was100% false. Our installation date was delayed by about 8 weeks, without any sort of notice. They don’t answer the phones in the office either. We had to stop by the store in person in order to get updates about installation and the back ordered equipment. Buyers beware; save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. They were supposed to show up to winterize our new pool for the first time and they were supposed to call an hour in advance. (I took the day off work because they won’t give any timing windows about when the crew will arrive.) This ended up being a no call/ no show on a winterizing service. We will never use this pool company again for any sort of service.
