Dizzy Deans Pool & Spa

WARNING- the BIGGEST ripoff company. Ordered pool in April and was not installed until July. Always missed appointments and just shows up one day to install pool on a holiday weekend during my family function. They catch you with the prices but save yourself the headache. All accessories to pool was never delivered- they used damaged and used materials on pool. Had to repurchased materials from another company who completed their unfinished work. All garbage was left in my yard for my clean up. No receipt or warranty was provided. Very rude and unprofessional. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!

Beyond disappointed. Today I went to return a product I bought about 3 weeks ago because it broke. They refused to replace it and instead told me HOW it broke!! After 15+ years of being a loyal customer - a customer who before today has never ever asked to return or replace anything. This is what I get. You lost a good customer. I will never step foot in your store or refer anyone again! Good thing is, there's another pool supply store a few blokes away called "Seasons Change". The few times I've been there, they were very nice.

Rip Off!!! They pulled a bait and switch on me when I ordered my pool. Since I had the installer ready to go on my dime I had it installed. When I called them, they of course denied it, until I called the manufacturer directly who verified. They are thieves.

I'm disappointed to say the least. Called to get an estimate on a filtering system was quoted a price. Went to the store a price was written on the display model. Ordered the system and when it arrived the price was increased by quite a but. I was then told to get it else where when I mentioned the price increase.

i will never shop here again. I got quoted a price for a filter and the following day the clerk raised the price an extra $100. This place is a giant rip off.

They are horrible for being on time. Their store never opens up on time. For example today . They advertise that they open up at 10:00 a.m but today I was there until 10:45 and saw at least two customer leave because they were closed . May they should stay closed.

NEEEEEEEVER AGAIN !!!!!!! Zero stars if possible . Absolute worst customer service , it's the end of June and still waiting on a piece ...guy never shows up for appointments !!!!. I can't warn anyone enough to stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!
