I had an overall great experience with Clearwater Pools and Spa. Building a pool is a major investment and a complex project, and I’ll be honest… there were times during the process when I felt like a fish out of water and even questioned whether I had made the right decision. There were challenges along the way, but what stood out was Clearwater’s commitment to working through those challenges and delivering a quality finished product. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. A special thank you to Joan, the owner, who was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, accessible, and always willing to address questions or concerns. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to stay engaged throughout the process made a tremendous difference and provided reassurance during the more stressful moments. Now that the project is complete, I can confidently say I am happy with my decision. The finished pool is beautiful, my family is looking forward to enjoying it tremendously, and our backyard is being transformed into a space we will truly love for years to come. Thank you to Joan and the entire Clearwater Pools and Spa team for helping bring our vision to life. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that values quality, professionalism, and standing behind their work.

I cannot express enough how much I love the staff at Clearwater Pools & Spa! Every time we have to go in or speak to someone on the phone, they are always very friendly, helpful knowledgeable. From day one they knew us by name. Anytime we’ve ever had a concern or a need they have always taken care of us. They truly care for their customers and understand what a financial investment having a pool is and go above and beyond to make things right,easy and a pleasant experience. From the purchasing, setup, maintenance, and any repairs. Alha, Is the absolute best, although all the staff is great. We don’t know what we would do without her. As someone who didn’t know the first thing about having a pool and caring for it, She has made it so easy and has taken the time to answer any and all questions that I may have. So if you were looking to put in a pool or even people to help you maintain it, go to Clearwater Pools and ask for Alha.

Andre came out to replace the pump/filter system today. Great experience from start to finish! Respectful, professional, and efficient. Andre showed me step by step how to run it. Everything works again and cost less than we expected! Thank you to everyone at Clearwater POOLS. From calling and talking to Brian to the end process... smooth.

A big shoutout to Eleha and Clearwater Pools!! I purchased a Salt Cell a year and 2 months ago from a competitor and the cell went out. The company I purchased it from did not warranty the cell so I called Haywood. They told me Clearwater could handle it for me. After a couple days of talking to Eleha and Ms Joan the owner they got Haywood to warranty the cell. It’s a $1100 item and once again Clearwater came through for me!!! Great place and great people are running this business, they have come to my house many times and kept me going!! 5 Stars definitely!!!

Recently our pump went out on our pool and I have to say the staff went above and beyond to help us. We always have a great experience when we shop there! But even when you call they are just as helpful. I know nothing about pools so I ask way too many questions but they always take their time and explain everything. I definitely recommend them for all your pool needs. - Craig B.

Can’t say enough good things about Jada and the store staff. They went above and beyond to help throughout the entire process of getting our pool replaced. We did have some issues with installation with the independent contractor Mark that does the installs but Clearwater stepped up and did what they could to make it right to make up for it, and I appreciated that even though it wasn’t their fault. Support after the install and helping with water quality and chemicals has been great also!

To start off about Clearwater Pool and Spa on Sherwood Forest, it's always a friendly environment when I go there. I'm always greeted by my name and I can't remember at time I was there and they didn't know the customer's name. Which says alot. You're not just a customer, you're almost like family. The staff is very knowledgeable. I showed then a video of my pool pump and they knew off back what was goin on with it. Unfortunately I needed a new one (which I bought less than a year ago) and I wasn't a hassle getting another. They have earned my respect and my business. Keep up the good work...
