Came on 7.16.2023 around noon. There was an old person with bad attitude, the way he asked if I need help, was like, "Are you really going to buy? Or just wasting my time? Everytime I asked a question, he acted mean, until I did buy something, he changed his attitude and his tone of voice. It's just one of those cases, where they think you're just looking around, which doesn't have anything wrong anyways. Not sure if he is a manager, an owner or just an employee. But if he is not the owner of Leslie's pool franchise store, he should get fire right away, and if he is the owner, Hmmm I wouln't treat clients like that. Fail experience! I don't recommend it.

I just bought a house in Park Stockdale, and I went in there because the previous owner recommended Leslie's. His son worked at the store a few years ago, and no one cared. I tried another pool store and was not happy. So I went back and talked to Amy, she was great!!! She helped me to fix my problem. But yesterday I was there and the girl, fuzzy hair, was just ok. I want to only talk with Amy, the chemist.

I usually have a nice experience when shopping here. However today I was "helped" by Daniel C. and he was literally yelling at me saying I was using the wrong kind of products for my pool. I then went to get the product he suggested and as I open the box he snatched it away and stated "we don’t open these like that!" And then he went back to helping the customer at the counter that he stopped helping to come towards me to take the product away from me! I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. As I walked away I heard him yell at another customer saying "YOU’RE USING THE WRONG SHOCK!!!" There’s a reason we come to Leslie’s with our water samples. To get help from Leslie’s and get educated nicely about what to use in our pools. Also, it would be helpful if you had your products available within reach for the customers and we didn’t have to open any boxes so that the employees don’t get angry we’re trying to purchase the products that were specifically suggested for us to use!

Outstanding customer service. knew exactly what product I wants, where it was and even found out it was on sale. I asked about a skimmer and he offered his recommendation as to the right one for our pool. Can't say enough about this location- clean, airy, and super friendly. I'll be going back to this store quite often for our pool needs.
