Por primera vez, frustrada. Ya vine por mi cuarto tratamiento en el último mes y medio y sigue igual. Traigo un filtro de muestra y la señorita no sabe identificar ni el que traje , ni el que sea similar. Le muestro stickers con información y ni así la escucho segura. Me vende el tratamiento y me da 2 bolsas de power powder , le pregunto…. Solo necesito 2? Me responde…No, ocupas más , pero no me las pediste….👀😱😱😱😳

I had an excellent experience at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed for my pool. The staff are awesome and they price match!

Closed several times since new manager took over, had to go all the way across town. Leslie sure isn’t paying for my time or gas.also went to the stockdale location and asked if the adapter was for the side wall inlet to fit a hose and was told it was got home and it was the same size as my hose. Drove across town for nothing. I guess Amazon will get more business from me.

Very poor service and coordination. I will never do business with Leslie’s pools again. I recommend you guys save your time and money and shop local and not these larger companies that outsource their customer service centers to different regions that have no experience on what they are servicing. I ordered 6 gallons of acrylic primer for $493 on July 5th. The eta for order fulfillment was July 15th, I started making calls July 12th to assure that. Since none of the 5 stores in town had enough for 6 gallons. Long story short , they were updating a delivery date past July 23rd due to closing the receiving store for a week. I requested a full refund July 15th, the refund was not processed until 7 days later , now wait another 3-5 days to have it reflect back on my account.

Do you like being completely ignored? Talked over? Being told to watch YouTube videos for the maintenance of your above ground pool? Then this is the place for you! It took me 4 times of beginning to ask a question, after being talked over 3 of those times, before I finally got my question out to the STORE MANAGER and still didn't receive a direct answer. I will NEVER go back there or recommend anyone shop there. I felt so bad for the kid trying to help us. He said he was still in training and the store manager kept dismissing him. Then when I tried to ask questions I was told to watch YouTube videos. I came to a POOL STORE to ask question about a POOL. THE THING THEY SPECIALIZE IN!!!! Only to be told to watch YouTube videos???? Needless to say, I didn't buy a damn thing from them.

Four days ago I brought my 2 kids to Leslie’s on Oswell. It was hot and I was carrying my 1 year old. We got to the door and the sign said "1 customer at a time, door is locked." I thought that was weird but I ended up leaving because it was too hot to wait with 2 kids. I returned today 05/24/22 at 11:16am with no kids. All the lights are off and the doors are locked. Their posted hours state 9am-7pm. What the is going on?
