Got there at 4:15pm sunday they close at 5pm said back in 10 minutes. Waited 45 minutes they never came back. If you are going to close early just say that. Instead of lies Complete disrespect for customer and shady business closing early.

Amber is AWESOME! This young lady knows more about pool and water treatment chemicals and equipment than you can imagine. She genuinely cares about her customers. She is able to diagnose a problem just by a verbal description and provide a solution that works. You can't go wrong following her advice and product recommendations!

The people there are real friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a first time pool owner and they’ve been helping me. They have been walking me through how to take care of it.

This store and it's staff is absolutely amazing!! I am so thankful for all their help getting my pool ready. By far the greatest humans alive!!

The man that helped us was fantastic and we appreciated him greatly (based on him alone I'd give 5 stars) but he was apparently new and had to ask another man (manager? Owner?) where to find certain supplies. With that being said our experience went something like this: After looking around a minute we ask the nice new guy (NNG) Hi do you happen to have above ground pool supplies? NNG wanders around for a minute and then asks the (I'll call him the manager) where to find them. Meanwhile I'm standing off to the side minding my business and casually listening when the manager says (and here's what royally pisses me off because it's not WHAT he said but HOW he said it) "we don't carry AGPs." I'm standing there floored, looking at two giant boxes of AGPs in boxes right in front of our faces so I say "really you don't?" When he noticed I was staring right at them. He then said "we sell the pools not supplies. What do you need?" Told him all we need is a replacement hose and so he pointed the way for the NNG to get it for us. I wanted so badly to act like an ass and tell him he could cram this $50 hose straight up his his but i I didn't want to have to go to another store. Needless to say we will never be back.
