I went in to to have my water checked, and I appreciate the fact that I was not hustled into buying extra stuff I don't need. Leslie was has very good customer service and very nice.

Our family just bought a pool today first time and I came in to this Leslie's Pool Supplies today to get assistance on pool maintenance and upkeep. Joe at this store location took some time educating me on pool maintenance basics and recommended products needed to start out. He also created me an account with them and gave me a treatment plan explanation. I got all the supplies needed to set up a new above ground pool from this store, and Joe gave really great customer service to help me navigate this learning curve. Thank you!

Every time I have gone in the staff has been great to help me with my needs. No complaint on that part. I just wish they weren't so pricey. When you got good & knowledgeable employees thats what will keep me coming back

This store has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered at a pool supply store. B is one of the sweetest people I've met and she really knows what she's talking about. I would trust this company for all my poor needs if I were you

Yes, this place tends to be a bit more expensive than the competition; however, the price is usually justified by the quality of product you are receiving. Obviously there are exceptions (E.g. the 100% sodium bicarbonate or genuine, specific brand, repair parts), but at that point it's just a matter of convenience of not having to go to another store since you're already there to get the other quality products you went in for.
