This is the second time in 3 months I’ve arrived to an unexpectedly closed store during posted business hours (12:30pm on a Saturday). No sign, no lights, door locked. Nice folks running this store but I’m not going to waste my time and expensive gas coming over here. Off to Leslie’s.

My family and I are recent transplants to Texas thanks to work relocation. The house we bought has a pool and we have never owned a pool as a family. We were lucky enough to have this store close to us. Connor (and Tyler) have been tremendous help with diagnosing any issues we have had. You can tell they have genuine concern for their customers. I have been going to the store enough that they greet me by name when I walk in. You can tell they take great pride in their work and are also very knowledgeable. They are always friendly and are never shy about giving any advice if asked. We are lucky to have this store and these guys so close because they are absolutely great.

Amazing team and excellent service. I would not go anywhere else for pool support. These guys spent 3 weeks walking me through rebuilding my pump and fixing my swamp of a pool. They kept costs down and helped me diagnose issues over text. Amazing team

I drive from Temple to buy their refillable chlorine. While this is a great deal, the customer service is also above and beyond. The owners are friendly and personable and always load my supplies in my car for me. They also always remember me which is nice. Highly recommend!
