As new pool owners, we had many questions regarding chemicals, vacuums, brushes, skimmers, and routine maintenance. Our vacuum recently required replacement parts, and Cheryl Hendricks provided us with several potential solutions, mentioning that it could be serviced promptly. She called us with repair options and had the vacuum working again in no time. Cheryl has been exceptionally helpful throughout the process, and we are very satisfied with her assistance. I will NEVER go again!! After using them exclusively for 26 years I am appalled by the lies, lack of service and disregard for individual situations. They took my Polaris and then didn't touch it for over a week. Then after I reached out to corporate I got a call apologizing and saying they would take care of it. When I went to pick the unit up they claimed I had been called at a # that hasn't been mine for over 5 years and that the individual who took my unit in did not enter the phone # I gave him (hmmm why was I told it hadn't been looked at if it had been) They then claimed that it was an oversight to not tell me it had been looked at but then when I questioned the cost of the repair they claimed they thought the person on the 17th told me?!?! So the file is marked I didn't answer but that person gave me a $. But, wait, it get's better they tried to charge me over $300 for parts that can be bought elsewhere for $70!!! AND one of the parts the put on as new was obviously damaged and in worse shape then the old one they took off!! Soo.. complete scam to swindle me out of more $ then neccessary!!! I am done and be careful as they can NOT be trusted!!

I am a new pool owner. I went to Leslie's to get my pool water tested and ask a few pool questions. The woman behind the counter was so super helpful. She helped get me all I need to get the pool up to standard and had answers to all my questions. And I had a lot. Thank you Leslie's for your professional employees and having people that are so knowledgeable about pools! Extremely helpful.
