I was looking to replace all our pool equipment, heater, 2 variable pumps, control panel, salt cell etc. Our local distributor pricing was $2k more expensive through our installer. I was concerned with ordering on line vs staying local, but got comfortable in talking with Tom, the owner. Other sites seemed more like sale people just pushing a sale. Tom was able to talk through the questions I had and options I was looking at and offer opinions. He was very responsive and helpful. It was also important to me, that my initial order of $6,500 of equipment, was shipped from Local distributor in Atlanta where I live, vs from across the country in CA where TC is located. When I needed to add another Variable Pump, he was able to give me the same pricing and I was able to pick up at a local distributor to get in time for my install guys to finish the next day. I really appreciated he was able to do that, since I know it took personal time to track down for me locally the extra pump where I could pick up from the distributor. Continues to send a large outstanding balance asking for payment after he received cash. I have proof of cash payment because he sent me a copy of the cash invoice on the side with handwritten notes. balance due is for ""sales tax on a cash deal, where he clearly did not report the sales tax withholdings. I’ve even tried to pay the sales tax, which we know is unreported And is online system still shows over $10,000 due. Do not do a cash deal with Tom He will stay you still owe him money and it will not reflect in his system properly. He will then slander your name until he gets his way

I very much recommend TC Pool Equipment. I was cleaning my Hayward filter on a Saturday morning when I realized the filter elements needed replacing. Hoped online to research prices and shipping times and realized it would take at least 3 days to a week to be back in business - no way I was going to wait that long when the weather is heating up. Did a quick search for local pool supply stores, and came across TC. Not only were they open (another one closed at 11 AM) but upon calling, they had a set of replacement filter elements in stock. Hoped over to the store and got great in-person customer service. He (assuming it was Tom?) not only helped explain why the old part went bad, but proceeded to install the new elements onto the manifold for me in his store. All that, and sold at a very reasonable price. Saved the day, our pool is back to a normal flow. I now have go-to place for replacement equipment, thank you!

Been going to TC Pools for years. Tom is very knowledgeable and has helped improve my pool and knowledge tremendously over the years. He usually has parts in stock or can get them very quickly. He saved my pre 4th of July pool problem. Prices are always fair. Thanks!

Tom & TC Pool Equipment Co. came through for me when I desperately needed a part for my pool. Tom took a lot of time to give me instructions and pointers for my DIY replacement and it was all a breeze thanks to him. Tom & TC Pool Equipment Co. also had much better prices then all the competitors and I enjoyed the visit to the warehouse where I could physically see/compare the part and speak to someone about my concerns. Great Experience and I highly recommend them!

There are some big internet pool equipment sellers online, most with not so good reputations, much less try to contact them and the old "covid prevents us from shipping anytime soon" excuse. Based on Yelp & Google reviews here, I gave TC Pool a call (I live in New Mexico) for a $2000 Glacier Pool Cooler. Told me they had it in stock, answered my questions, then ordered it online on a Monday. They shipped it out on late Tuesday via Central Freight and got the package (strapped on a pallet) delivered on Friday. Highly recommended!!
