I called and asked for a specific part, which was not in stock. However, he offered to order the part and ETA would be a week out. I asked if he can recommend another supplier locally. He replied, no of course not, only us. What a way to take care of a customer.

George, the general manager, was very rude and unhelpful. We purchased equipment from this store about a year ago, and now one of the parts is no longer working. The equipment is a Jacuzzi brand product that we just found out they no longer carry. When we asked for assistance, George simply told me to go online and search for the part myself. He offered no alternatives, recommendations, manufacturer contact information, or any other assistance. I understand that stores don’t always stock parts for products they no longer carry, but I expected at least some effort to help. We were actually going in to purchase a new heater from this store today, but after this experience, we’ve decided it’s definitely better to shop online. If the only support provided after a sale is to "go online and search for it yourself," it’s hard to see the value of buying from a physical store. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, especially from a general manager!

The worst customer service ever. They do not greet you or ask if they can help you. You are left standing there wondering why you even walked in this place at all. As a first time pool owner, I really needed the help but didn't get it from here. Went to a different pool place and was treated very well and got step by step instructions on what to do. Will never return to Leslie's. You lost a potentially long term customer that would be spending in the thousands. Your loss, not mine.

Called the store to inquire about some of their items, George answered and immediately advised me he was busy and told me he was going to place me on hold, nothing else. I can understand being busy, but George had a rude tone and I was on hold for a bit so I had to hang up and try again at a later time. I had previously read and heard that Customer Service at the store is not great, but I gave the store the benefit of the doubt, and called back. The same person answered and same thing happened, he sounded rude and annoyed. No Customer Service skills whatsoever . I understand it is June and store can be busy, but the little things do matter, how you treat your customers and how you make them feel is going to build a reputation and reading the previous reviews goes to show this is an area this place is lacking. No matter how great a product any business may have, If you have the wrong people working there, it is going to destroy the company and its reputation. Makes me sad when businesses operate in this manner and made me feel like they really don’t care.

The staff is always helpful. Andrea was really knowledgeable and willing to help with my hot tub water issue. I recommend this place for both pool and hot tub needs. The staff is there to help you! Thank you so much for your help. This is my go to place always!

Since the new GM George has started working here, this place has been a totally better experience. The staff is helpful and actually cares about getting you the right solution. Highly recommend!

First time at this location and had to walk out due to lack of customer service/help There were 3 employees that I could visibiley see... I asked for a recommendation and was told where to find the product. I started to ask questions and was told "to read the label." Don't understand why they have so many employees standing around... they lost a sale. I ended up finding the spa purge on Amazon and got 2 bottles for the same price. I rather support local franchises/businesses, and was surprised at the markup.
