Estoy calificando este negocio basado en el servicio al cliente y la seguridad. Este negocio colocó una alfombra sobre un hoyo en la entrada, y cuando mi esposa hizo una entrega allí, pisó la alfombra y se rompió el tobillo. Había muchos empleados dentro, y mi esposa tuvo que arrastrarse de vuelta a su camión de reparto. Una vez en el camión, algunos trabajadores salieron A TAPAR EL HOYO NUEVAMENTE, porque claramente vieron lo que pasó, pero en ningún momento ofrecieron ayudarla a levantarse o ver si estaba bien. Si así manejan la seguridad y la preocupación por quienes visitan su negocio, no lo recomendaría, ya que es un gran problema de integridad. Pero, nuestro abogado se encargará del resto a partir de ahora. Esa es solo mi no recomendación para este negocio basado en la integridad de las personas que trabajan allí.I am rating this business based on customer service and safety. This business placed a rug over a hole out front, and when my Wife delivered to them stepped on the rug and broke her ankle. There were plenty of associates inside, and my Wife had to crawl back to her delivery truck. Once at truck a few workers came out TO COVER THE HOLE BACK UP, because they clearly saw what happened - but at no point offered to help her up or see if she is okay. If that's how they handle safety and concern for those coming to their business I wouldn't recommend as that is a huge integrity issue. But, our lawyer will handle the rest from here. Primera experiencia horrible debido a que las horas de operación de 48forty solutions publicadas aquí en Google son incorrectas. Llegué a la puerta principal a las 4:25 y me encontré con que estaba cerrada y con llave. Vi a un grupo de 4 trabajadores parados detrás de algunos palets, así que fui a ver qué pasaba. Al parecer, las puertas cierran a las 3:30 si intentas traer palets para ganar un poco de dinero extra, pero están abiertas hasta las 5 para que algunos de sus empleados puedan estar parados cobrando. Normalmente voy a otro lugar, pero como estaba en mi camino a casa, pensé en probar aquí. Pero en lugar de eso, ni siquiera intentaron ayudarme y, para ser honestos, ¡fueron groseros! Pulled up to the front gate at 4:25 to be greeted with it pulled closed and locked. Saw a group of 4 workers standing around behind some pallets so I went to go see what the deal was. Apparently the gates close at 3:30 if your trying to bring pallets in for some little extra cash, but they are open until 5 so some of their empolyees can stand around to get paid . Usually i go to another place but this was on my way home so I figured I'd give it a try. But instead they didn't even try to help me and were honestly just rude! Muy decepcionado con este lugar, el personal es amable pero te dan vueltas para que te paguen.
