Reciclamos palets usados y compramos palets personalizados con ellos, y nunca hemos tenido una mala experiencia.Very easy to work with. They communicate well and always get back to me quickly. Tuve una experiencia decente con esta empresa al principio. Retiraron los palets de mi negocio que ya no necesitaba y eso lo agradecí mucho. El problema es que nunca llegan a tiempo: tengo horarios de recogida programados y ni una sola vez han venido cuando dijeron que lo harían. En una ocasión, tuve que programar tres recogidas en un mismo día y simplemente no aparecieron. A veces el servicio es excelente porque siento que eligen favoritos o solo se enfocan en una cosa a la vez y no pueden manejar la cantidad de clientes que tienen. Independientemente de eso, la empresa necesita mejorar algunos aspectos de servicio al cliente. Siento que el equipo que recoge los palets es perezoso también. Entiendo que retirar 70 palets es agotador, pero en la última recogida la persona solo se llevó la mitad de la carga sin comunicar el motivo. Todo este proceso ha sido desagradable en su mayoría.I had a decent experience with this company originally. They removed pallets from my business that i no longer needed and that i appreciated greatly. The problem is they are never on time i have set scheduled pick up times and never once have they came when they say they would. i have once had 3 times on one pick up i scheduled different days and they kept just not showing up. Occasionally you may get excellent services from these guys because i feel they pick and choose favorites or they only focus on one this at a time and cant manage the ammount of customers they have . Reguardless the company needs to work on some customer service issues. I feel as if the team that picks up pallets is lazy as well. I understand throwing 70 pallets is tiring but this last pick up the person only removed half the load with out communicating why. Intento apoyar y ayudar a los pequeños negocios locales, pero este es uno con el que ha sido terrible tratar. Les he dado el beneficio de la duda varias veces cuando han llegado un día tarde o me dicen que vendrán primero que nada a la mañana siguiente. Luego programo mis propias recogidas con la esperanza de que estén a tiempo y ¡no lo están más de lo que ya lo han estado!!! No los usaría, mejor busquen otra empresa si quieren alguien que se preocupe por su compañía y por llegar a tiempo. ¡NO LOS USEN!!!!!I try and support small local businesses but this one is one that has been terrible to deal with. I've given them the benefit of the doubt a few times when they have been a day late or tell me they are coming first thing in the morning the next day. I then schedule my own pick ups with hopes they will be there on time and they aren't more then they are!!! Me encanta la nueva dirección, gente honesta, fáciles de tratar. La semana pasada, fuera de lo habitual, tuve un gran pedido para un cliente y necesitaba palets urgentemente. No solo nos ayudaron a conseguir los palets a tiempo, sino que organizaron envíos múltiples solo para adaptarse a nuestro espacio en el almacén. Negocio muy recomendable.Love the new management, honest folks, easy to deal with. Last week out of the usual had a big order for a client and needed pallets urgently, not only they helped us getting pallets on time but arranged multi shipping just to accommodate our space in the warehouse.
