Un lugar para vender palets en un apuro. El personal en el patio no tenía ni idea y no servía de ayuda. Di tres vueltas por su patio intentando averiguar dónde vendían los palets usados que llevaba. Íbamos en un camión U-Haul de 26 pies lleno de palets. Conducir por un patio activo sin señales ni indicaciones sobre dónde parar para vender los palets fue una locura. Al final, me detuve en la oficina principal para preguntar adónde ir. La señora de la oficina fue muy amable y servicial. Me indicó dónde ir después de estar completamente perdido durante un rato. Después de vender los palets, el empleado sin duda nos estafó, pero como ya llevábamos dos horas allí, no dijimos nada para evitar más problemas. Como dije al principio, es un lugar al que ir en un apuro, pero no un negocio confiable según mis estándares.A pallet place to sell pallets in a pinch. Staff in yard were clueless and unhelpful. I drove through their yard three times trying to figure out where the sell back the used pallets I had. We were in a 26’ U-Haul full of pallets. So driving around an active yard was insane with no signs or hints on where to stop to sell the pallets. I ended up stopping at the front office to ask where to go. The lady in the front office was very nice and helpful. She told me where to go after being completely lost for a while. After selling the pallets the employee definitely ripped us off but we were there for two hours already so we didn’t say anything to stop the headache. Este lugar es genial si necesitas algo de efectivo. Pero con cada comodidad viene su costo. El personal aquí es grosero, irrespetuoso y se pasa de la raya. Te estafarán cada vez que tengan la oportunidad. Les llevas 31 palets y ellos dicen que son 27 cada vez. Además, juegan un juego enfermizo con eso. Hablan en un idioma extranjero y luego todos se ríen de ti. Creen que es gracioso. Todos se burlan de las personas que pueden estar pasando por dificultades o quizá sean menos afortunadas... Si haces negocios con ellos, ten cuidado, cuenta tu dinero y solo aguanta, porque estos tipos pueden ser brutales.This place is great if your in need of some cash. But with every convince comes it's cost. The staff here are rude, disrespectful, and out of line. They will screw you every single time they get a chance to. You bring them 31pallets they say 27 every time. They play some sick game about it to. They talk in a foreign language and then all laughp at you. They think it's funny. They all make fun of people who may be in a hardship or maybe less fortunate.... Están muy bien organizados y son rápidos. Lo que más me gustó es que no pierden tu tiempo con un montón de tonterías técnicas. Ni siquiera tienes que mostrar identificación, solo firma el pequeño recibo y recoge el dinero.They are very well organized, and fast. What I most liked though is that they don't waste your time with a bunch of technical nonsense.
