¡Todo lo que puedo decir es ¡GUAU! Las Dallas Wings y la organización sin ánimo de lucro HavASol estaban organizando un evento en South Oak para repartir zapatos gratis a jóvenes de la comunidad. Nos encontramos con un obstáculo cuando no pudimos conseguir suficientes palets. Después de una breve llamada pidiendo un descuento o donación el día del evento, el dueño, Ron Paul, sin dudarlo ni un segundo, dijo ¡pásense por aquí! ¡Donó más de $1300 en palets! Ron Paul y su empresa fueron una gran bendición para la comunidad hoy. Por favor, apoyen este negocio.All I can say is WOW! The Dallas Wings and HavASol nonprofit was hosting an event in South Oak to give away free shoes to youth in the community. We ran into a roadblock when we couldn’t secure enough pallets. After one brief call to ask for a discount or donation the day of the event the owner, Ron Paul without hesitation said come on by! He donated over $1300 worth of pallets!! Ron Paul and his company were a huge blessing to the community today! His team is professional and quick, they loaded everything without batting an eye as if we were paying customers. Thank you much for your generosity, professionals, and support! Dejo 2 estrellas en lugar de 1 porque el servicio al cliente por teléfono fue amable. La primera vez que fui a vender me dijeron que no compraban palets y que tenía que llamar para preguntar si compraban esa semana. Yo no sabía esto, así que fue mi culpa, y la siguiente vez que fui ya sabía que tenía que llamar. Esta es mi segundo intento por vender mis palets, llamé para preguntar si compraban palets esa semana y me dijeron que sí, así que cargué todos mis palets en el camión (muy agotador y trabajoso). Llego y voy al área que me indicaron la primera vez que intenté vender. Los trabajadores de esa área me dijeron que no compraban ninguno, así que me fui a buscar otro lugar para vender. Y si por alguna locura compran palets esa semana, entonces no tienen buena comunicación entre empleados. Me hiciste perder el viaje por nada, gracias por hacerme perder el tiempo y el esfuerzo. Por favor, tengan en cuenta que aunque llamen y pregunten si compran palets esa semana, igual puede que no los compren.I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service over the phone was nice. The first time I went to sell they told me they weren't buying pallets that I had to call to ask if they were buying that week. I didn't know this so that was on me and next time I went I knew to call. This is my second attempt at selling my pallets, I called to ask if they were buying pallets this week and they said yes so I put all my pallets on my truck (very time consuming and hard work). I show up and go to the area they told me I should go the first time I tried to sell. The workers in that area said they weren't buying any so I left to find somewhere else to sell. And if for some crazy reason they were buying pallets this week then they don't have good communication between employees.. Made me do the trip for nothing, thanks for wasting my time and effort! Great company to do business with. The pricing for pallets was top dollar and paid quick. Everyone was very helpful and professional. My experience was very spot on!
