No sé quién es la señora de la recepción, pero es sumamente grosera. Primero la llamé y noté su mala actitud por teléfono, pero lo dejé pasar, pensé que estaba teniendo un mal día. Luego fui en persona a hablar con alguien, entro al edificio y "sorpresa", es la misma señora que atiende el teléfono. Sin sonrisa, sin contacto visual, sin ninguna habilidad social. Le hice una pregunta sencilla y antes de que pudiera terminar, empezó a poner los ojos en blanco y a mirar hacia otro lado. Rodó los ojos con tanta fuerza que se le quedaron atascados. Conozco a varias personas que trabajan en estaciones de radio en Charlotte y a algunos bloggers. Me voy a encargar de que se corra la voz por toda la ciudad. "Aléjense de esta empresa", porque ella es la primera impresión al visitar el lugar y marca un mal tono para el resto de la compañía. Para colmo, me han dicho varias personas que también han hablado con ella y han recibido la misma reacción. Entiendo que tratar con gente puede ser un fastidio, pero ustedes se ofrecieron para eso, es su trabajo... pónganse un poco de orgullo en lo que hacen. No cuesta nada sonreír y decir "que tenga un buen día" al menos. Si pudiera darle cero estrellas, lo haría.I don’t know who the lady is at the front desk is, but she’s beyond rude. First I called and I could sense attitude over the phone but I let it slide, figured she was having a bad day. Next I took a trip to speak with someone in person, I enter the building and "surprise" it’s the lady that answers the phone. No smile No eye contact No people skills what so ever. I asked her a simple question and before I could even finish she starts rolling her eyes and looking away, she rolled her eyes so much in supersede they didn’t get stuck. I know a few people that work for the radio stations in Charlotte and a few bloggers. I’m going to make it my job to make sure word gets out around Charlotte. "Stay away from this company" because she’s the first introduction when you visit the location and she sets a bad tone for the rest of the company. To make things even worse I’ve been told by a few people that they’ve also spoke with her and for the same reaction. I understand dealing with people can be a hassle but you signed up for it, this is your job...take some pride in what you do. It doesn’t hurt to smile and say "have a good day" at the least. Nunca sabes cuándo vas a llegar a la puerta, aunque sus horarios digan que están abiertos y te enteras de que ese día no aceptan palets. Conduzco 4 horas de ida y vuelta (240 millas) solo para tener que llevármelos de vuelta a casa, muy decepcionado. Llamo e intento hablar con el dueño o supervisor, pero la recepcionista se niega a pasarme. Le explico mi problema y me faltan al respeto, me gritan y cuelgan. Poco después recibo una llamada diciéndome que no puedo llamar para acosarlos y me dicen que lleve mis palets a otro sitio, aunque solo llamé una vez, tranquilo, pidiendo hablar con el dueño para expresar mi problema. Pues seguiré su consejo: hay otros compradores cerca que pagan lo mismo. I drive 4 Hour round trip 240 miles just to have to haul them back home very disappointed call and try to speak 2 owner or supervisor and desk clerk refuses to transfer me I tell her my problem and get totally disrespected and screamed at then hung up on shortly get a call back telling me I can't be calling harassing and and told me to take my pallet somewhere else even though I only called once calmly asking 4 and owner to express my problem so I will take their advice there's other buyers nearby that pay the same!! Ahora es KAMPS PALLETS, tratan a sus trabajadores de manera horrible, $512.11 en un período de 2 SEMANAS y ya no entregan talones de cheque para que los trabajadores puedan ver sus horas, malas condiciones de trabajo, agua caliente para beber en el trabajo, baños sucios, ¿cómo pueden algunos alimentar a su familia con menos de $1200 en un período de 4 semanas? y a veces no pagan a sus trabajadores a tiempo y tienen que ir con el supervisor y piensan que el trabajador miente sobre no tener depósito en su cuenta, además solo tienen un descanso de 15 minutos, estas son personas horribles 100%.This is now KAMPS PALLETS they treat their workers horrible $512.11 over a 2 WEEK period and they don't give out check stubs anymore so the workers can see there hours poor work conditions hot water to drink at work nasty bathrooms how can some feed there family with less then $1200 over a 4 week period and sometimes they don't pay there workers on time and they have to go to the supervisor and they think the worker is lying about having no deposit in there account they also only get a 15 min break these are horrible people 100%Comentario traducidoVer original
