Tenemos años trabajando con esta empresa, pero últimamente la calidad de sus palets reciclados es una basura. Muchos están hechos de madera muy deteriorada y/o tienen tablas rotas o faltantes. Estábamos tirando entre el 10% y el 20% de cada envío por no ser utilizables. Varias llamadas a la empresa solo nos llevaron a que el dueño y el comercial nos dijeran que no sabíamos de qué estábamos hablando y que buscáramos los palets en otro sitio. Compradores, tengan cuidado con esta empresa, algo parece haber cambiado y su servicio al cliente ahora es inexistente.We have worked with this company for years, but recently the quality of there recycled pallets are junk. Many are made of heavily weathered wood and/or have slats broken or missing. We were throwing away 10% - 20% of each shipment for not being usable. Several calls to the company just yielded the owner and sales person telling us we did not know what we were talking about and we should find pallets somewhere else. We are doing just that.
