Their vacuums NEVER work!! That vacuum at the Mobil gas station address 3000 jog Road, Greenacres, Florida 33467 took my money on June 26th! I put $2 in the machine and it did not work! I even continued to put more money in thinking i needed to add more and it took my money without receiving service! I reached out to the contact listed on the machine to get this issue resolved and spoke with a lady who assured me that i would be getting a callback from a man but that callback NEVER happened! She took my complaint and my contact info and we verified that everything was correct! No callback! You guys are thieves! I waited patiently for you guys to get back to me before writing this review but you guys don’t have the curtesy or respect to even give a response or resolution! It’s not about the money that I’ve lost at your stupid broken machine but it’s about the principle and professionalism! I’ll make sure to never use a next machine with your info or brand attached to it and I’ll make sure I’ll be petty enough to spread the word in the city to everyone i see who’s about to use your broken machines!
