Mi tienda ha estado comprando hielo a Holiday. Debo decir que tienen un repartidor excepcional, Tyler. Es el mejor repartidor que he tenido, sin duda. Muy profesional y un joven muy educado. Habla muy bien y nunca se va de mi tienda sin decirme "que tenga un buen día". La señora del teléfono me colgó 4 veces antes de atenderme. Llamé la primera vez y me dijo que volviera a llamar en una hora. Volví a llamar, me atendió y me dijo que solo podían llevarme hielo mañana. Le dije que sí, pero cuando quise volver a llamar para preguntar por qué no podían traerlo hoy después de hablar con mi jefe, no me atendió. Esperé y volví a llamar, me envió al buzón de voz. Lo hice una y otra vez hasta que por fin me atendió… Traten de mejorar su servicio al cliente o consigan a alguien mejor para el teléfono, alguien que quiera que su empresa crezca. ¡Que tengan un buen día!The lady on the phone hung up the phone on me 4 times before she answered my call I called the first time she said call back after one hour I call back she answers me and said they can only get me ice tomorrow I said okay I wanted to call back and ask why can’t they bring it today after talk with my boss so I called she didn’t answer then I waited and then called she sent me to voicemail I did this over and over then she answered….
