Siempre son rápidos, eficientes y conocen bien el envío nocturno con hielo seco. Los precios son razonables y la ubicación es muy conveniente (cerca de estaciones de metro y el túnel de Lincoln). I have been there several times to get ice for shipping biological samples. They are always fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about shipping overnight on dry ice. The prices are reasonable and location is very convenient (close to subway stations & Lincoln Tunnel). As an added note, the last time I was there, I lost my wallet outside the store.
