La puerta principal está rota debido a un problema en el piso de la entrada. El vidrio está roto y cubierto con cinta, lo cual es un peligro para los clientes, especialmente cuando alguien mueve un carrito con muchas botellas. Dos grifos han estado descompuestos por mucho tiempo, así que cuando está ocupado hay que esperar por uno. Editando mi reseña... este lugar se ha vuelto sucio. La puerta sigue rota y probablemente nunca se arregle, ya que el chico dice que hay un problema en el piso. Tres mangueras de agua llevan al menos 5 meses fuera de servicio. Hoy usé la que está fuera de la puerta principal. El mango falta y apenas pude abrirla. Ahora cuesta 40 centavos, no 35. Este lugar ya no vale la pena el inconveniente. Sé que los pequeños negocios están pasando dificultades, pero si no empiezan a arreglar las cosas perderán clientes... y no digan que no les pasará a ustedes. Y los chicos que trabajan ahí son una terrible representación de su compañía. Me hace cuestionar si el agua es buena al ver este lugar... noten que las reseñas que dicen que está limpio son de hace mucho tiempo. No está limpio. Aunque el helado sí está bueno.Front door is broken due to a floor problem at the entrance..glass is broken & taped which is a hazard for customers especially when someone is moving a cart with lots of bottles on it. Two faucets have been out of order for a long time, so when it's busy you have to wait for one. Editing my review....this place has gotten filthy. Door still broken & probably will never be fixed as the kid says there is a floor problem. 3 water nozzles have been out of service for at least 5 months. Today I used the one outside the front door. The handle is missing & I could could barely open it. It is now 40 cents not 35. This place is not worth the hassle anymore. I know small businesses are struggling but if they don't start fixing things they will lose customers...and don't say it won't happen to you. And the kids there are a terrible representation of your company. Makes me wonder if the water is good by looking around this place....note the reviews saying it's clean are from long ago. Deberías intentar contratar empleados que realmente hablen cuando se les habla. Es realmente tan gracioso recibir el trato de silencio por parte del mismo empleado cada vez que compro agua. It's actually so funny being given the silent treatment by the same employee every time I buy water. I would rather drive five miles further to a different water store than have to interact with a literal brick wall at the cash register.
