Pedí hielo seco en forma de arroz ($850.00) para un trabajo de moldeo y llegó y fue entregado. No pasaba por la máquina. It wasn't going thorough machine. I sent pic to company and he said it looked like pellets not rice. So i shut down operation and they came and picked up dry ice. I returned the rented air compressor. Lost $300 on the rental. 2 days later i asked for a refund and they told they wont refund because it was rice. I didn't understand why the company told me that it was pellets and then said it was rice but didn't tell me until days later when asking for a refund. General Air donates dry ice for chemo patients. I canceled my City Ice delivery, spoke with the owner about refunding my $120 & assured it was no problem.
