Needed dry ice for an event and called to make sure someone would be there. They assured us they would be there until four. We make it within the hour (3pm) and no one is there. Horrible customer service.

¡Poco profesional y una decepción total! Fui allí necesitando hielo seco para una fiesta. Anuncian que están abiertos 7 días a la semana de 9 a.m. a 4 p.m. Llegué sobre las 2:30 p.m., toqué el timbre dos veces, pero nadie vino. Llamé, nadie respondió, la verdad es que nunca responden. Había un coche estacionado en su aparcamiento, así que me lleva a creer que definitivamente había alguien. No sé si estaban dormidos o se encerraron en el congelador.Unprofessional and a total disappointment! I went there needing dry ice for a party. They advertise they’re open 7 days/week 9a-4pm. I got there around 2:30p, rang the bell twice, nobody ever came. I called, no one answered, they never do come to think about it. Didn't trust they would be open at 8am on a Saturday….and lol, they are not open at 3pm on a Friday . No closed sign by the way….just standing there. Just have a plan B. Perdí la electricidad durante la tormenta pasada y tenía un congelador y un refrigerador llenos de comida. I had never used dry ice before, but the staff was so helpful and kind telling me how much I needed and how to use it.
