Hemos tenido entregas extremadamente tardías con otras empresas (¡como esas empresas se perdieron la fiesta por completo!), así que finalmente decidí probar con ustedes para ver si tendríamos una mejor experiencia. ¡Superaron todas mis expectativas! We have been through extremely late deliveries with other companies (like those companies completely missed the party!) so I finally decided to try I jump to see if we would have a better experience. You met and exceeded expectations! Delivery was timely, your drivers notified me first with a delivery window then when they were on their way for both pick up and drop off. You kept me up to date about the weather and adjusted pick up accordingly. All in all, it was a great experience and I plan on using ijump for all future bounce house rentals. We organized baby shower party with over 250 people. We rented popcorn and cotton candy machines/stands. The crew showed us how to install and use them. Debo decir que quedé muy complacido. A mi hijo y a todos los niños les encantó el inflable. La persona que lo entregó e instaló fue muy amable y profesional. La instalación fue extremadamente rápida, y el inflable estaba muy limpio y bien mantenido. Además, era exactamente lo que buscábamos. The person that delivered and set up was very nice and very professional. Set up was extremely fast, and the jumper was very clean and well maintained. And it was exactly what we were looking for. The people that came to tear down and pickup were also nice and professional. Overall this was a great experience. Organicé una gran fiesta por el décimo cumpleaños de mi hija, pedimos la máquina de palomitas y la de nieve de limón. ¡Fueron un éxito absoluto! A los niños les encantó y usaron ambas máquinas todo el tiempo. Nos las entregaron super temprano, lo cual fue genial porque tuvimos que encontrar energía para ambas, y las recogieron al día siguiente sin cargo adicional alguno. Ofrecen varias opciones de entrega y recogida, sí, algunas pueden costar un poco más, pero bueno... es un negocio y así es como ganan dinero, además hacen todo lo posible por acomodarse a tus tiempos. Nos enviaron un correo de confirmación y llamadas de seguimiento para asegurarse de que no estuviéramos siendo estafados, lo cual es super amable considerando lo fácil que es ser estafado hoy en día. Lo único que podría haber sido mejor es la cantidad de suministros que vienen con las máquinas. Creo que deberían traer más bolsas y una variedad más grande de sabores de nieve de limón. Tuve una fiesta de unos 50 personas. Así que si tienes una fiesta pequeña, la cantidad de suministros que traen sería perfecta. (¡La máquina de nieve de limón es un éxito enorme entre los niños!)I had a huge bash for my daughters 10th birthday, we ordered the popcorn and snow cone machine. They were absolute hit! The kids LOVED it and utilized both machines the whole time. They dropped the both off super early which was great cause we had to find power for them both, and pick up the next day at no additional charge what so ever. They offer range of drop off and pick up options, yes some options can cost a little extra, but hey.. they are a business and that's how they make money, plus they make it as covenant, and accommodation for you as possible with the times. They sent confirmation email and follow up calls to insure that you are not getting scammed, which is super nice with how easy it is to be scammed now a day. The only thing that could of been better is the amount of supplies that you pay for with the machines. I think their should be more bags and a bigger variety of snow cone flavors. I had a party of about 50 people. So if you have a small party then the amount of supplies they bring would be perfect. However.. all of those things are easily obtainable a Party City, just plan accordingly. Thanks or making my daughters party a huge success. iJump rentals fue un gran proveedor para nuestra boda al aire libre. Entregaron y recogieron a tiempo. Fueron muy comunicativos. Estoy muy complacido con cómo salió nuestra reciente reunión familiar. Gracias a los Combos iJump 7 en 1, todos los niños la pasaron de maravilla. Con los niños entretenidos, los padres pudieron relajarse y divertirse un poco también. Las sombrillas y la mesa y sillas resistentes realmente ayudaron en ese aspecto. Las sillas pudieron soportar cómodamente los kilos de más que el tío Charlie ganó durante sus vacaciones. Thanks to the iJump 7 in 1 Combos all of the children had a marvelous time. With the kids amused the parents were able to relax and have a little fun as well. The shades and sturdy table and chairs really helped in that department. The chairs were able to comfortably bear the few pounds that Uncle Charlie added over his vacation.
