I stopped by to talk about an upcoming party event at my home in San Clemente..These people knew exactly what I needed. The new owners here are amazing, kind, and very professional..I recommend US Rentals to anyone who has party plans..They either have everything you need or can get it. The best part is they helped me really know what I needed, not just what I thought I wanted..Thank you US Rentals🇺🇸

They don’t want your business. A certain other party rental company about five miles north is who I went with because they had great communication, flexible delivery/pick up options, a reasonable delivery fee (50% less than scr) and superior products.

I rented from them for a wedding. Salad forks were never delivered. Wedding photos of table setting proved that they never got set- because they never arrived! Yet, she charged my credit card when she says she never got them back. $800 for $200 forks. I disputed the claim. Luckily my credit card company took over. They had no proof that they were delivered yet insisted they were. It was a "he says", "she says" situation, yet I had pictures to prove my case. The owner was rude and inflexible. They don’t go over what is delivered with the person who is signing for the items, so beware if you rent from them. Go over everything with a "fine tooth comb"! Personally, I will never use this company again.

Another disappointment with San Clemente rentals. I don’t used them often, but over the years only one out of three deliveries/pick-ups have been accurate. I gave them another try this week (June 2024) since my order was only 15 tablecloths. My asst returned with incorrect colors — even though the attached receipt had ACCURATE details of my order. It’s Saturday and of course the business is closed and has no emergency contact. Burn me once shame on you. Burn me twice shame on me.

My family rented a 20 X 20 tent for the third time over the past years. This year they showed up and demanded $95.00 to go up 14 stairs on delivery. This short of notice forced us to pay the extra money. We even went down to the office to visit Gigi and was VERY unsatisfied with the results. I will never use them again and will tell everyone about my experience. to summarize, horrible customer service and price gouging. To make things worse, they just packed up and left with the equipment. Totally unacceptable work ethics. DO NOT USE this company!

Simply awful. I had used them before for smaller events before choosing them for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. They were bringing everything...tables, chairs, serving tables, linens, plates and utensils. They are located 3 miles from where the event was located. They were scheduled to arrive 1 hour before the party began to allow for set up and decoration. They arrived 5 minutes before the party started. They couldn't be reached by phone and never called regarding running late. Our guests were there when they arrived and they forget the serving tables and had to leave and go back and get them. This left the caterer waiting to set up as well. This ended up delaying the party by an hour. When I reached back out to them the following week to discus the issue, I was simply lied to. Was told they were there 15 minutes late due to traffic and they brought all of the items plus some extras for the inconvenience. I stated that I was there and she can't tell me what happened. I was basically told too bad and that "stuff happens". No apology or compensation. They really don't care. I will never use them for anything ever again.

I am an event planner and I always get my rentals from Party Makers. They are the best! They say you can never have all three, Fast, Affordable, Quality...But at SC Party Makers you really can!! Events can be rather fluid at times constantly changing and this company GETS IT. They help me with last minute changes and orders and make it the perfect event for my clients. When you call the office you will most likely get Ana and she's awesome. There are enough stresses with events, order your rentals from Party Makers and you can relax about that part at least! I know I do 🙂
