I worked directly with David on May 6, 2026. The reservation process was easy, David was kind on the phone, I signed a contract, and I paid in full. Unfortunately, on the day of the event, the tables were never delivered. I received no phone call, email, or notification explaining the issue. I repeatedly called, emailed, and texted throughout the day and received no response. This was my son's senior high school graduation party, and because the rental items never arrived, our guests had nowhere to sit and we had no setup table for food and refreshments. What was most disappointing was not only the no-show, but the complete lack of communication before, during, and even after the event. Mistakes can happen, but customers deserve timely communication and accountability. As of writing this review, I still have not received a response regarding the missed delivery . I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. A graduation party is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and this company's failure to deliver left our family scrambling on a day we should have been focused on celebrating our son.Comentario traducidoVer original

I saw their truck while driving and decided to give them a try. Since reaching out, David has been easy to communicate with and uses his resources wisely. We requested a few items that weren’t on his inventory and he quickly referred me to one of his partners and dealt with the negotiation process. My team rented barricades, tables, chairs and a 20x50 tent and could not have been more happy with the service. David is awesome at communicating, highly recommend this company.
