I had very little knowledge to the technical aspects of AV set up and was unfamiliar with the venue location, but Justin asked all the pertinent questions and provided the best solutions given the logical challenges we had (ie no cell phone reception) for videography recording, audio connections with guitars/amps, and live stream with an unobtrusive setup. He was attentive and patient with my client, followed through with her specific needs and requests, and was super accommodating when his allotted ceremony time ran 30 minutes over, all with utmost professionalism and a cheerful attitude.
