Alex did an amazing job at communicating before he got Here to set up and putting everything up towards the end of the day. Very professional and friendly thank you so much for all that you do. My family had so much fun and the basketball air game was amazing.!!! Thank you, Alex and your team for everything that you do for families all around!!!

We had such an amazing experience with this company. Not only did they have an incredible bounce house setup that the kids AND adults genuinely enjoyed, especially the obstacle course — but their professionalism and integrity truly stood out. I unfortunately lost my tennis bracelet inside one of the bounce houses and only realized it later after spotting it missing in a video taken during one of our races. I reached out to management and spoke with Trevor. Even during what I know was a very busy time for them, Trevor took my concern seriously and showed so much care and empathy. Although the bounce houses had already been cleaned multiple times and nothing had been found, Trevor went above and beyond. He asked me to send photos of the bracelet, personally reinflated the bounce houses, conducted a detailed search himself, kept me updated with videos throughout the process and amazingly, he found my bracelet! That level of customer service, honesty, and dedication is rare these days. You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend them for not only their fun and high-quality rentals, but also for the kind of people they are.

Thank you Bounce N More for the *most* fun afternoon! Rented the fire and ice water slide for my daughter’s birthday and I absolutely enjoyed it as much as she did! Alex was my point of contact and was very helpful, courteous and professional. The water slide was pristine and obviously well maintained. Communication was excellent as was delivery and pickup. Will rent again for sure!

Great people. The salesmen that assisted me in renting was super helpful and Alex, the gentleman that dropped it off was very informative and helpful, also did everything quickly and in a timely manner.
