Poor- did not deliver (or call) on date / time scheduled. Left me high and dry after a month of coordination and didn't seem to take responsibility or even really care. They would not come back either late in the day to correct. Do not trust this company they will not deliver when they say.

Bait snd switch rental pricing. Quoted me $1628 for an 80' jlg man lift, get there in person and they want $1750. Said they wouldn't charge my card and just needed a card on file to make the reservation. That was also false. Renters beware!!!

Fantastic branch on all levels, staff are professional and friendly and always go the extra mile for their customers. I had a flat on the last trailer before I left the yard and nothing would stop the team until they found me a spare for that trailer then rushed to replace it and send me on my way. I tried to tip the guys but they refused saying it was not policy and they are there to ensure the customer is happy!. I always rent from here and they are consistently top class in every way, keep up the awesome job!

We rented a generator from them in August. I got excellent service. great reliability. JASON in particular was very, very helpful in instructing me on all i needed to know about the gennie. Thanks Jason!!!

Great Communication, the person handling my request was quick with the estimate in minutes to my email. And from booking the lift to getting it picked up was a totally different and better service I ever got with other rental companies.

I recently rented a weed mower that ended up dying on me about 3 hours into the job. I don't blame UR for the machinery dying (it worked like a champ right up to that point), but they stepped up and took care of me. Would definitely rent from them again based on customer service.
