He he ido a este negocio varias veces porque posiblemente sean los únicos que tienen todos los tipos diferentes de cables de audio y el limpiador Deoxit, que uso todo el tiempo. Dicho esto, no volveré porque en mi última compra, uno de mis cables RCA solo venía con un solo cable en lugar de dos juntos (derecho e izquierdo). No le di mucha importancia, pero al regresar para devolver el artículo, me acusaron de haber separado los cables como si buscara obtener algo. No sé qué, ya que un solo cable no me sirve de nada, y además no soy de los que se enojan o mienten con ningún negocio. Me horrorizó el empleado que insistía en que estaba siendo deshonesto, aunque no había nada que ganar de mi parte, especialmente porque manejé 25 minutos para llegar allí. De ahora en adelante, ordenaré todo en línea, ya que nunca había sido tratado tan horriblemente, y el dueño debería enterarse de lo que tiene un empleado tan grosero e irrespetuoso.I’ve been to this business several times as they are possibly the only ones that carry all the different audio cables & Deoxit cleaner which I use all the time. That being said I won’t be going back as the last purchase I made one of my rca cables only came with one cord instead of two together making right & left. Didn’t think too much of it but once I made it back in to return the item I was accused of splitting the cables up as if to gain something? I’m not sure what as one cable does me no good & besides that I’m not one to get over or be dishonest to any business. I was appalled by the employee who kept pushing that I was being dishonest even though there was nothing to be gained on my part especially that I drove 25 minutes to get there. I had been tasked with installing a wireless system in the gym at my children’s school and Midwest stepped up. I could have gone with an online retailer but Midwest gave me advice, helped me pick everything out, and cut me a few deals that made purchasing from them a no-brainer. Kevin was there offering sound advice every step of the way and all ten wireless systems work flawlessly together. They haven’t asked me to write this, but I felt compelled to with how above and beyond they went to ensure what I bought worked for me, and not just worked for their bottom line. Cada cierto tiempo nuestra iglesia enfrenta dificultades técnicas y siempre es un nuevo problema que tarda una eternidad en resolver. We’ve called in the "pros" in the past (geek squad etc) & it surprised me how annoyed I got with them. I was very clear with them but they figured I was dumb and we all sat there for hours, in silence while dude clicked and clicked staring at the comp monitor and ashamed to say I lost self control. So when I was informed the "pros" were coming last week I rolled my eyes and prepared for insanity. The front door of the church swung open and a 4’ tall women came straight in, introduced herself, shook hands and after a few glances and limited conversation she identified our issues and revealed solutions and told us what needed replaced. She was extremely knowledgeable especially for someone who lives across the river in "Gods Country ". A very fun and pleasant and effective meeting. I can’t remember her name but I think it started with a "C"? Sorry. I think she is in your website photo. The short dark hair woman with the bun in the oven. If she sets the standard for your other employees then your business is doing things right. Geek squad could learn lessons from you. Anyway I didn’t feel right without acknowledging her professionalism (even though I can’t recall her name) and your company. We appreciate you and hope you can figure out who she is and give a nod of respect in her direction for us. Or I can do it myself by breaking a bunch of equipment and calling you back to come fix it.
