The Perfect Day

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Perfect Day and our wedding coordinator Catherine, along with her assistant Reagan. From start to finish, they were incredible. Catherine was professional, warm, and completely on top of everything. When it unexpectedly started raining during our ceremony, she calmly adjusted plans on the fly and handled everything seamlessly. Not once did we feel stressed ..she had it all figured out. Everything looked absolutely beautiful. The Perfect Day handled all of our floral arrangements and décor - bouquets, table florals, seating chart, and more .. and it was all stunning! The tables were perfectly decorated, the florals were gorgeous, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Most importantly, Catherine made sure the entire day ran smoothly. She was always right there when we needed her (even keeping my drink refilled all wedding long!) I felt completely taken care of and honestly a little spoiled. My husband loved her, and so did everyone else. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet. If you want a coordinator who is organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and truly cares about you on your wedding day, Catherine and her team are exactly who you want. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our day perfect.

Catherine from The Perfect Day was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so attentive both before and on the day of our wedding. She helped us gather all of our vendors and coordinators, kept everything organized, and made sure the entire day was planned out perfectly. The Perfect Day was so wonderful to work with for our big day. They were communicative and McKenna was incredible on the day of our wedding. When the fireplace mantel with our floral arrangement on it fell to the ground she got everything taken care of so fast and you couldn’t even tell there had been a problem. She kept me stress free all day and for that I am so grateful. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the wedding, and I give McKenna a lot of credit for keeping everything running smoothly all day. 10/10 for everything they did for us!

McKenna, our lead planner, is a literal angel. She spent countless hours finding us the perfect vendors (down to mobile oyster shuckers, are you kidding?), created the most beautiful signage, and took care of every aspect of our rehearsal and wedding day. She reassured every worry I had and never batted an eye when my mom and I had a million logistical questions. She connected us with the most amazing photographer who captured the most special moments of the day who we will definitely be using in the future. McKenna even understood the difficult weight of the day for me as a bride who lost her father a year before. She didn’t rush her perfectly planned schedule when I needed a break and allowed me time to sit with my mom and reflect on those feelings, which meant more to me than I think she realized. McKenna thinks of literally everything, she will tell you her buffer time has buffer time and she’s not kidding. The floral team created flawless bouquets, boutonnières, table settings, and a stunning bridal bouquet for me complete with my late fathers photo and his pendant. I was completely blown away. Mckenna and Heather along with their team at The Perfect Day are nothing short of miracle workers and you NEED them as part of your wedding day. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them!
