Recientemente usamos Top Notch para nuestra fiesta y todo salió genial. El nuevo dueño fue muy servicial, atento y profesional durante todo el proceso. Hizo que todo fuera fácil y siempre estuvo disponible para responder preguntas y asegurarse de que tuviéramos lo que necesitábamos. The new owner was very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and was always available to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The setup went smoothly, everything arrived on time, and the party was a success. It was such a relief not having to worry about the rental side of things because they handled it so well. He quickly respond to any question I had- he even assisted with helping me figure out linen sizes. The equipment was all high quality, and perfect for the space. The communication and delivery was prompt, and when the mic was not working they responded immediately and corrected the problem. It rained the entire day of our wedding and the tent kept our guests dry and we’re very sturdy. They also really looked beautiful in the yard. Utilicé Top Notch Rentals para las fiestas de graduación de ambos hijos y para una celebración del 60º aniversario de bodas. The tents were beautiful, clean, and great quality. My neighbor thought we were hosting a wedding because of how nice they looked! I would highly recommend Al and his staff. They arrived when expected and took great care to preserve our lawn. All of the equipment we rented was in great shape and well taken care of. Servicio terrible por parte del dueño Al. Our annual association party was booked with Top Notch and 10 days before the party we had a property flood issue where the party was being held. I reached out and canceled the order but because it was less than 14 days no refund was given. Two days later I spoke with Al and asked could we just move the date 30 days out. And still use the funds we already paid he said no. Why not?? It didn’t cost them anything to move the date! But, would give a 10% discount. So, what did cost us $325 now would’ve cost $617. What happened to working with your customer the best outcome for all! We used them last year and planned to continue our business each year for our event. We are definitely recommend working with this company if you're planning your own back yard wedding like we did, but even if it's a birthday, a graduation, or any other part they are worth working with.
