We went personally and was greeted by Serafino if im not mistaken with his name, he was very nice, no complaints. The price point is just okay, its the deliver day where the whole experience turned to the worse. Henry the delivery guy came around 1pm, it was complete yes, but we ordered 2 kids table with kids chair ofcourse to match it. But to our surprise the chairs looked so small for the table and so i called the owner directly as directed by the staff. We spoke with him and told him of the situation, unbelievably he was the one frustrated and upset with use because he was saying that those were the ones we ordered, i went back to the shop on my own and got the sample from Mara on the store and she said that we were given the toddler chairs thats why its very small!!!!! The business owner andres is very unprofessional and his attitude towards customers are just unacceptable! i had to fix the situation on my own since he wont accept our side of the story!! i was able to get 16pcs of kids chair from the store and loaded it on my own car just so that we can go on with the party!!!! The chairs and tables were very dirty as hell tooo!!!!! cheap but dirty!!! will never rent and will spread the word!!!

We bought a very expensive pinata ($40.00) for my sons birthday party, and after 3 hits from a 5 year old, the pinata broke. The inside was made from scraps of ery thin cereal boxes. I don't recommend this location very over priced and very poor quality.

I spoke to a young lady Marlene on the telephone and she was so gracious, professional and patiently answered all of my questions. She is to be commended for excellent customer service on the telephone. Thank you Marlene. We need more employees like you!!!

Customer service was horrible and the girl who helped me out blew my balloons up way too much. I didn't get home with a dozen balloons; I basically came home with half a dozen. Truly a waste of money.
