I've always had a GREAT experience with Rentalex! For both work and private events! They are on time (usually early) with delivery and pick up!! Their prices are competitive and they always work with us on pricing options (as we are a non profit) Highly Highly Recommend

Rentalex exceeded our expectations. Their website shows all the available items, and it was very easy to place the order. The office team answered all of my questions, helped give additional information, and add thing to my order. The delivery and removal teams did a great job of communicating when they would be there so we didn't have to waste time waiting for them. Great Job!

After another company didn't end up working out, I reached out to Rentalex with only about 6 weeks left until my wedding date.. their team was so accommodating! They listened to my wedding vision and immediately sent over a list of what products they had available. We rented our chairs, our podium, and our sound system from them. They delivered 2 days in advance so we had plenty of time to check the sound equipment before our ceremony, and they were kind enough to give us a few days before picking back up so we could all rest and recoup. Last week City Centre Events had a 300 person wedding reception and Rentalex saved the day more than once. We requested an earlier delivery for our client and Tia was quick to find a solution that worked for everyone! With endless phone calls, Tia was patient, friendly, and quick to help! On delivery day Andrew, Nate and Tod were so helpful when dropping everything off and are always so friendly while on site. They are not only great with customer service but strive to help our partnership be better moving forward by providing ideas on how to improve our delivery process. As we were finishing setting up we had some issues with tables and items but Tia was quick to fix the issue and Cole came to our rescue by delivering a replacement table even when their deliveries for the day were stacked! Without this team this event would not have been what it was. Thank you Rentalex team!

We rented a pole tent for my son’s wedding and the night before the event a tornado touched down on the site tearing the tent down, I called the company phone at midnight expecting to leave a message for someone to get back to me in the morning, but to my surprise, Page the general manager answered and was able to attend to our needs. Her professionalism and caring eased the stress we were facing. Early in the morning she had people pick up supplies from the warehouse and headed to the venue to fix the tent. She saved the day and the event. Thank you very much!
