Estoy extremadamente decepcionado con esta empresa. Reservé con meses de antelación y pagué el total. La semana del evento intenté llamar, enviar mensajes de texto y correos electrónicos para confirmar la entrega, pero solo me respondieron para decirme que tenía un saldo pendiente. Volví a intentar contactarlos mostrando que había pagado el total y nunca recibí respuesta hasta el día antes del evento. Intenté confirmar la hora de entrega, como indicaba en mi documentación, y tuve que llamar cuatro veces antes de obtener una respuesta sobre cuándo harían la entrega. Cuando finalmente lo hicieron, retrocedieron e impactaron el buzón de mi vecino, destruyéndolo. Llamé para confirmar la recogida, que estaba programada para el domingo, pero no recibí respuesta hasta el lunes. La falta absoluta de comunicación fue absurda. La falta de profesionalismo hacia mi vecino y los daños que causaron fueron ridículos. Nunca volveré a usar esta empresa. ¡Nunca!Extremely disappointed with this company. I booked months in advance and paid in full. The week of the event I tried calling, texting and emailing to confirm drop off. They finally returned my call and said I have a whole balance to pay. Again I try to call, email and text showing I paid in full and I never received a response till the day before the event. I tried to confirm drop off time as it was stated on my paperwork and had to call 4 times before I received a response on when they were dropping off. When they did drop off they backed into my neighbors mailbox and destroyed it. I called to confirm pickup as it was supposed to be Sunday and I never received a response till Monday of when they are picking up. The absolute lack of communication was absurd. Mi florista esperó horas para empezar a decorar las mesas por esto, y cuando debería haber estado preparándome y disfrutando de mi día de boda, estuve lidiando con esto. Cuando llamamos a las 11:30 AM para saber dónde estaban, fueron extremadamente groseros y dijeron que llegarían al mediodía. Y de nuevo no aparecieron hasta las 2-2:30 PM. No recomendaría usar esta empresa si quieres que tu evento transcurra sin problemas y a tiempo. Muy poco profesionales y groseros con sus clientes.If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They told us they would arrive to our wedding venue at 11AM and did not arrive until after 2pm with a wedding beginning at 4. My florist waited for hours to begin setting up the tables due to this and when I should have been getting ready and enjoying my wedding day I was dealing with this. When we called at 11:30am to see where they were they were extremely rude and said they’d be there at noon. And again didn’t show up until 2-2:30Pm. The employee NEVER made mention of a cancellation fee. With heat indices of +100°F, we cancelled our garage sale five days in advance. When she called to give notice, we were charged a 25% cancellation fee. We will NEVER use Party Time Rental again. Honesty seems to be a diminishing business characteristic. Sad. A 25% fee is absurd.... no "restocking" was necessary. Just a money grab!! Holy cow, we paid-in-full in advance. We will go elsewhere for our rental needs. Normalmente no dejo reseñas para negocios, pero ¡Tiempo de Fiesta Alquiler fue realmente increíble trabajar con ellos! Estaba en Indianápolis de fuera de la ciudad y necesitaba alquilar una cubierta para mesa con poca antelación para un evento al día siguiente. Llegué allí y rápidamente me dieron una cubierta para mesa y estaba de vuelta en mi evento en menos de 5 minutos. Cuando llevé la cubierta para devolverla, iba tarde y ellos aún estaban allí para recibirla. En cuanto a la cubierta en sí, venía doblada con cuidado en una percha y en una bolsa protectora. Estaba perfectamente planchada y sin manchas. Si alguna vez necesito otro alquiler para fiesta en Indianápolis, ¡volveré a Tiempo de Fiesta Alquiler!I usually don’t leave reviews for businesses, but Party Time Rental was really that awesome to work with! I was in Indianapolis from out of town and needed a last minute table cover rental for an event the next day. I did some quick googling, called Party Time Rental and they said come on in and we’ll get you what you need. I made it there and they quickly got me a table cover and I was on my way back to my event in less than 5 minutes! When I brought the table cover back to return, I was running late and they were still there to receive it. As for the table cover itself, it came folded nicely on a hanger and in a protective bag.
